Well one thing u can do is eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat every 2-3 hours that way u wont be hungry. The foods u listed is good. Maybe instead of 1 egg u can eat 2-3 eat whites and 1 whole egg.

Well, the banana is enough sugar for several hours, so if you are still hungry after breakfast, I'd add some protein, like a 1 oz cheese stick, some cottage cheese, or yogurt.

Mmmm, my question is: why are you worrying about a snack after you've just finished a meal? The meal sounded very healthy, and more fruit would seem like a healthy snack ... if you need one. Don't plan to snack, only do so if you're actually hungry.
