my doctors say its good my bmi is normal but ive been eatin so much to lift and gain i lost my abs now its just a big stomach

i do workout just weight lifting and i got stretch marks on my shoulder,i just dont do cardio yet

It is a healthy weight, but it's not only about the number. It sounds like you have a lot of body fat, but you don't need to lose any weight. So, you should diet to improve your health. By this I mean don't restrict your calories, but eat healthier. Switch to whole grain bread and pasta, brown rice, don't eat the skin on meats, eat lean meats (grilled chicken, etc). YOu get the idea. Also, start weight training and doing cardio to get your 'abs' back. Good luck!

My doctor just told me yesterday that that is the ideal weight for that height.

i'm 5,8 adn 155 pounds. it's not skinny but if you're strong, then you'll probably weigh more. i bench press and do sit ups and have big muscles which makwes mje heavier but if your'e not strong and have a stomach, then you're not fit or skinny
