I have... and i like the 'basic' stuff she talks about, but do not like how she interjects these 'imagine' things when it isnt relevant to what the study is really about.

I want core real teachings, not fluffy feelgood stuff.... but meat that actually makes me dig and think.

I have done 3 of her studies and 1/2 way thru the 3rd one, stopped.. i guess i just can't take more of the way she teaches?

I, on the other hand, loved the one I just finished by Elizabeth George!

and I agree with the post below... Experiencing God is amazing... Henry Blackaby does the best job of just telling us like it is without infusing any of the 'fluff'

Yes, our church uses her Bible studies often. The studies are great, very thorough, and very applicable to our daily life. The only complaint I have is that you sit so long at a time, and the older ones have a rough time of it. I suggest it be done in a room with comfortable chairs, not metal folding chairs. Her studies are some of the best I've ever been in and you'll not be sorry for enrolling in any of them. You can get a "feel" for her teaching through her books if you want to find out about her. She keeps your interest and really gets down to some good Bible principles. Very honest, heartfelt teaching that is true to the Word.

Yes, I've done the one she wrote about John. Over all, I was generally impressed with the amount of study she put into her work. Even though she tends to be a little more conservative than myself, I appreciate her thoughts and her method of study. If you're willing, you could learn a lot.

The best study I've ever done, in my opinion, is Experiencing God by Henry Blackabee.

Yes, I've done a Heart after His and Breaking Free. Both studies were wonderful and included alot of scripture, you really get to know your bible well. I really want to read her book Praying God's Word next. HOpe that helps!

Would this be the wife of Keith Moore? If so, he is a man of God.
