It can also be called albumum powder (i think that's how it's spelt - I'm at work and my pot of the stuff is at home!). I bought mine from a cake decorating supplier. It wasn't that expensive.

You should be able to get this wherever they sell cake decorating supplies, may also be called meringue powder it is used in making edible flower decorations on cakes

I don't know why the thumbsdown on the king arthur link, that's where I get mine. It's around 4.00, they also have whole egg powder.

Michaels, the crafts place, usually has it. Look for a baking or candy making supply shop if that doesn't work for you.
