I have replaced a new fuse 7.5A. Whenever, I turned an igition on a fuse blew out. I have replace a couple of fuses. It was happened the same. What cause a fuse blow out when I start an engine? Please help.

Check the wiring connection it may be possbile some of the power wires are making contact with the chassis. alos make sure the correct fuse is 7.5 or (I think) is 10A. If the fuse is 10A it will stop the blowing.

The fuse shouldn't blow the instant you turn on the ignition, no matter what it's rated. Either there's a short somewhere on that circuit, or the radio has an internal short.

If you can, remove the radio unit, then replace the fuse and turn the key on. If the fuse blows, then your radio is probably okay, but there's a short in the factory wiring. If the fuse doesn't blow, you need a new radio.

you have a short somewhere. If you take an OHM meter and touch one side to the fuse wire that leads to the radio and the other side to your dash I would bet you get a reading which would mean you have a wire grounding out on the dash.
