Personally, I would much prefer if a guy would tell me if I have bad breath. Yes, I brush my teeth and floss and do all the oral hygiene routine, but it's still possible to have bad breath in between. I would guess most people with bad breath, who have good oral hygiene, don't even know about it unless someone tells them. Would it be so difficult to say, "I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but your breath is really strong right now. Would you like an Altoid?" That's all it would take for me.

Leave her. Women can't take constructive criticism and always get upset if you try to tell them something for their own good.
We all have bad breath and need to check ourselves...especially when we're with someone we're trying to impress. I'd appreciate someone giving me a heads up on the bad breath. Guys can usually handle it.
