"I assume that this fluid is for the convertible top. Can you use power steering fluid instead? Then you can get it at any auto parts store. good luck. "??????\
The only reason I am posting is to contradict this comment. Contrary to popular belief, not all hydraulic fluids are ATF. Most of them are not compatible.
That being said, call an import parts store and see what they can get for you. European cars often use a synthetic hydraulic oil for these types of systems.

Okay, first off, DO NOT use any other fluid than "GM Top fluid". To do so will junk the seals and very likely your pump. You can buy fluid at ANY GM dealer for about $32 a pint. My bigger concern here is why you need so much fluid. The entire sytem even when bone dry only requires 2.2 pints to fill. If you have that big a leak you need to find it. If it is the cyl. leaking, and the 9-3's depending on the year have been known to have an issue, will leave an oil puddle on the ground just in front of the rear wheels. If you have a line leaking, my bet is this just due to the volume of fluid you say you need, will either ground drop also, or puddle under the rear seat and or in the pump well. You need to find your leak first, then drop me a note and I can help guide you to the best and least costly way of correcting the issue. Good Luck

You should be able to get the proper fluid from any reputable auto parts store. Check on-line as well. You should be able to find a better deal than your dealer's offering.
