Doing cardio for two hours is not bad... You will not exactly get a muscle building effect from that, but it is still excellent for your heart.. Besides if you are training for something, a.k.a. marathons, etc... you need to be able to build stamina.

Do not lift for more than an hour ever. YOur muscles will already be broken down and you need to nurture them.

Cardio only. weight free.

Too much exercise is a bad as too little. After an hour, it loses it's effect, anyway. Two hours puts a strain on the heart and the muscles, not to mention all your other vital organs. You're actually causing damage. If you want to do two hours every day, first do one hour, then wait at least 8 hours and do another hour. But pls, you're not doing yourself any good by your current exercise regime.

It's not bad at all (except maybe on your joints if you are running, etc.). But, follow this rule. At 45 minutes into a 2 hour workout and every 30 minutes after, drink about 100 calories (half a liter of gatorade) of juice. This will ensure your energy level is up and you are burning calories the right way. Make sure to "refuel" immediately following your workout.

It's not bad... because of my swim team I do cardio for 3 hours minimum each day and I'm very healthy. There's nothing wrong with long training of cardio as long as your body can handle it.

This is something that you should probably talk to your doctor about, but to the best of my knowledge there is no limit to working out. Just keep doing it untill you get dizzy (indicating you need more fuel) get too tired (if your muscles hurt to bad you could be injuring them). People work long hour shifts at physical labour jobs, so I dont think you will overwork yourself too easily!

As long as you feel ok after... If you have a lot of pain after though, it is probably not a good idea.
