Hi there, this happened with my cockatiel. She wouldn't even get off her eggs to eat or drink water. I took advice from breeder and was informed that the eggs would only hatch if they were fertile (been fertilised by a male). She was the only bird i had therefore knew the eggs were not going to hatch. Birds can become possesive over the eggs because they are oblivious to the fact they re infertile. The advice i was given was to remove the eggs one by one daily - less painful to the bird!!

Well, first off, if there is no male in the same cage the eggs won't be fertile so no, they won't hatch. Sometimes two female birds will act as if they are a pair and lay eggs but of course, those won't hatch either. Even if you really do have a male and female sometimes the male isn't fertile or has trouble getting sperm into the female. The eggs won't hatch in this case, either.

leave the eggs under the bird, if there is no male involved they wont be fertile, but if you take them out the bird will continue to lay eggs until she has what nature intended her to have
Add calcium supplement to her water or food (ask vet for the correct kind)
When she has sat as long as she thinks is appropriate she will leave the eggs finally realizing they are not fertile and then continue on with her birdy life.
Then you can remove the eggs.
If you remove one at a time, she may continue to lay the eggs to make up for the missing one, so dont do that. If you have already removed one egg and she has not laid another one - if will be OK.
Also if you can move the cage to a more quiet location, she will eat and drink when she thinks she can - but might be more apt to do so when she doesnt have company.
Covering her cage will make her feel more secure and private too. Or at least cover part of it where she is sitting on the eggs.
If you have a male and you think they have mated, you might just have babies - but you will have to wait for that.
That is another question!

Most female birds will lay eggs put remember if you only have a female bird the eggs will not hatch without a male to fertilize them so if you dont have a male is is better to take the eggs out so they dont rot or break and make a mess

If there is no male around, they are not fertile and they will need to be removed. Go to a craft store and get some fake eggs that are about the same size. As you remove one of the actual eggs, replace it with a fake one. Some females will continue to lay eggs if their other eggs disappear.

This is a stupid question. You never learned that in school?!? Well, of course they will hatch if she lays on them, she is trying to keep them warm during while they develop in the egg. Sometimes, not all eggs will hatch, this is normal. So don't worry if one or sometimes two don't hatch. Leave her alone when she is sitting on her eggs. Cover her cage with a blanket because sometimes they want a lot of privacy when trying to hatch eggs. When you cover her, don't peek into it all the time. Just wait until you hear some tiny peeps and peek in once to see if they really hatched.
