I like my coffee super hot so I use powdered creamer instead of the regular stuff. Any suggestions on how to keep it from getting lumpy in the humidity?

The best way to keep the clump out is to place a amall cracker in the container of creamer. It will absorb any moisture in the container. It works with sugar to its a great way to keep things coffee ready....Hope this helps

I keep my creamer in an airtight container since the original bottles & etc are not humidity proof.

This works for salt.
Put a few pieces of rice in the container. It keeps the salt from sticking.
