A question I gots to know. When you call Nikon support or Canon support, is it difficult making the person on the other end understand exactly what you're asking. I own a Sony camera and from time to time ask thei support something and they come back not understanding what I ask. I have no doubt in future I'll buy a DSLR-either Nikon or Canon, but would like to know of their help. Do they transfer you to somebody from India for example?

Ask for a supervisor. Be firm Called several time no results. And now I want a supervisor. They have to transfer you
I work in this industry and it is common knowledge. And you must transfer the person to the supervisor.
Do it and you will be satisfied.
