A few suggestions
squirt bottle of water: when doing something wrong break out the bottle and give it a few squirts and make the puppy stop, Say NO
Crate the puppy unless you are with it, bring out the puppy when you can spend time with it and don't let it just rome around and have control.
A loud noise do the same thing as the spray bottle instead of spraying water clap your hands, blow a whistle or ring a bell.
Any of these my help, you just need to find on that works for you puppy. Also have plenty of chew toys for the puppy, it feels good to chew when they are teething. Make sure you don't give them an old shoe they wont see the difference between and old or new shoe.

Keeping toys around will help. If you catch her chewing on something, make sure you let her know about it - with a strong "no" and then quickly giving her the toy to chew on. If you don't catch her, make sure she's kept off limits from things she appears to like to chew - you may need to crate train her for some time. Try some of the cold toys too -she could be teething - there are toys you can actually put in the freezer (like you would for a baby) and when they're frozen, let them play with them - it feels good on their gums .... There are sprays that you can try for furnishings and the such - Bitter Apple, etc... Sometimes they work... You can also try tinfoil on furniture or bubble wrap - but make sure you are there to watch her with it, you don't want her to ingest any of that... The idea is to scare her off since the foil or bubble wrap make sounds that could scare them - but if they end up liking it as a toy, they could start to shred it too! depends! Keep working with her, training, walks, etc... The more time they know they'll get with you - the less time they'll be looking for a new shoe, couch, or pillow!

supply him with his own toys - cover the bottoms of your couches, tables or whatever he is chewing.
When you see him chewing on your shoe, say NO! and give him his toy. Don't ever scold him for something he has chewed on if you don't catch him in the act.
Kongs are great chew toys as you can put food in the middle of them and keeps them amused for ages.. if you aren't home during the day, keep him in an area where he only has his toys to chew on.
REmember pups get bored of their toys just like kids do. So don;t leave all of them lying around everywhere. Give him one or two at a time, when he gets bored with them, take them away and give him more. that way he wont get bored and look for alternatives eg, your furniture, shoes, etc....
good luck

First of all if your puppy is still baby pay alot of attention to him if he is rejected he\she will tend to chew on things also get him dog bones\treats etc.. and try hideing them so he can go find them this will keep his mind off of chewing things that are not suppost to be chewed on

Go to the pet store and buy a spray to spray on things like the carpet, furniture, shoes (i dont remember what it is called)....and it will leave an odor (that you cannot smell) that the puppy will not like!...or there is a spray that will leave a bitter taste in the puppy's mouth, making him stop chewing on things! It worked for my dogs! =)
