someone tell me how can i get this pimple on my *** to go away it hurts and all

We all get pimples - some due to hormonal issues (teens)
and or dirt beneath the pore -
The best way is to keep hands away - and try a very hot compress - if you can gently apply pressure and it leaks fluid release it and clean it with an acne soap and apply peroxide.
Then acne cream -
You can stay on top of acne by drinking water
watching your diet and finding a good regime to use twice a day - a mask once a week and exfoliate twice a day.

There really is no way to make them go away immediately. The quickest way is to pop it and then wash the air with a like acne reducing body wash or something. Popping them are not good for you but I have found that it is the quickest way to do it.

pimples are caused when dirt clogs your pores because you didn't clean the area properly.
