This is a really bad Spanish. it makes no sense and if i had to literally translate it says the following:
Amanda, you are really not disturbing and i have likes him.but your old one was missing/not there/short of.
Hope it helps but could only translate it as it was as it makes no sense

It's very poor Spanish - apparently not from a native speaker - but I think it is trying to say:
