Try this, "We get it. You're a devout believer and want to share it. Can we change the subject for a little while?"

First things first, I would sit her down for a private discussion and express how you feel without sounding like you're accusing her of anything. If that doesn't work, appeal to your other family members, they may be feeling the same way and there's strength in numbers. If the civilized approach won't work, I say you call her on it in front of everyone. Wait until she's really hit her stride in her ranting and interrupt her. Just tell her that you're basically speaking for yourself and most of the family when you say that you get it. You all understand that she's Christian, and happily so, and she can really stop annoying you all with her relentless sermons. If that doesn't work, engage her in a debate and see how long it takes her to realize that every time she starts preaching, she'll have a struggle on her hands. Maybe then she'll think twice about making the entire family miserable every time she's there.

Seriously, just talk with her. Tell her that not everyone is interested and even some people are getting uncomfortable or bored with that quantity of discussion.
If that doesn't work read the book "Sins of Scripture" from John Shelby Spong - a retired Anglican bishop. It will give you some very power fuel about the bible that might put her in her place or at least make her think before she talks again.

What do the other family members think? Maybe you could all ignore her or turn the discussion around to something else. If no one anwers her or participates in her talk, then she can't monopolize.

very simple. You simply explain to her that her actions are annoying others in the family and she could respect others rights to their beluefs by remaining silent unless she has a non religious topic to discuss.
If she cannot respect others rights then you must ask her to excuse herself from the conversation or ask her to leave until she can be civilized.
There is almost nothing that can justify one thrusting ones views upon another. Religion most certainly at the top of the list.

The only solution includes duct tape, rope, a chair and a basement with a lockable door. Best not use the attic because she can make more noise there to alarm people of her whereabouts.

I'd think of a story to tell, and tell it. There's no way she can monopolize the conversation unless others are not contributing to it.

I suggest you do something that will surely distract everyone, like running around naked. No one will be thinking about religion then
