If you take the best of Islam, the best of Christianity, and throw in a dash of paganism (just a dash) you'd have everyone else beat by a mile.

it's about whatever God command shall be. and also all what mentioned above has negative impact on human.

alcohol lead to too many crimes, getting pregnant by mistake, loosing a person mind, push you away from God.

i am sure you heard of the phrase that says "you are from what you eat". i am sure there is something in this meat that kill people shyness, make them selfish or dirty.

because we will be like animals with no rules to our desires. there is marriage and God bless the marriage.

Islam also required the man to cover. the man has to cover from what's between his belly buttom to his knees. Islam is about modesty and not attract desire so you don't fall into sins.

1) some Baptists do not allow consumption of alcohol
2) Jews do not allow consumption of pork
3) no religion allows the abuse of drugs or pre-marital sex
4) some Islam women are Westernized and they don't cover completely
5) history and faith convinces Christians about the crucifixion of Jesus
6) I don't believe any religion is the one right religion....whatever religion gives you peace, joy and your salvation is the religion for you.
I'm an Atheist who doesn't believe in God....but that's a decision I'm made just for me.

I think that both Islam and Christianity are noble religions that unfortunately have some people who follow them and believe that they have the only true answers to everything. These people from both Christianity and Islam are not following the teachings of their religion and being tolerant towards others.
Many of the items you list are also followed by the Jews, not everything you have listed is universally accepted as being good, noble or even right and some of the things that you have listed are not against Islam but only against customs adopted by some followers of Islam.
Personally I am a Buddhist and we are taught to respect all religions.

I do not know how to answer the questions about Islam so I won't. Too many people put out bad info and I refuse to be another one. As for Christians, Christ was pre-destined to be killed for our sins. It was prophesied in the Old Testament. I have studied alot of other religions and Christianity "fits". It feels right.

Let's look at your "rules":
Alcohol: Islam says you may not so much as put it to your lips, but when Muslims come to the west, they do. Christianity says not to drink to excess, which makes much more sense.
Pork: This rule is outdated, due to modern methods of raising and handling meat. However, the rule was still in effect for Christians in the beginning, and many Christians still adhere to it. Christianity's rule is do not judge another on such things, or let someone else judge you.
Abusive drugs: Don't be silly. Christianity also does "not allow" this. However, where Islam kills over such things, Christianity offers help to get over an addiction, and love to the person who has been so afflicted.
Premarital sex: Also a no-no for Christians. However, once again, where Islam kills, Christianity forgives and offers help and love.
Female cover: Ridiculous. Another example of Islam's opressive nature. Females are nothing but chattel. Christian women know that they are equal in the eyes of God. It's not as if jeans and T-shirts are the same thing as being naked, and anyone who thinks the hajib protects them from rape needs to read a newspaper, for God's sake.
Christians believe that God loves us so much that He was willing to die for us. That is why we don't kill sinners. Jesus gave us the means to forgive them, even as He forgives us.
What amazes me is how ANYONE could believe that Islam is anything but a religion of violence, promoting nothing but more violence and destruction.
Islam teaches hatred and murder.
Christianity teaches love and forgiveness.
Christians say "Jesus loves you."
Muslims say "Join us or die."
Of course, we can, maybe, if the Muslims in question are in a good mood, pay them a "protection tax" to keep our faith. But we still have to obey their law...or face their penalty.

I think they both are beautiful religions that teach much truth, and offer a path to God and an improved humanity for those who follow them sincerely.
I think it is good that Islam forbids alcohol, pork, abusive drugs, pre-marital sex and immodesty. These are good disciplines for a life that is focused on the eternal and important things of life instead of the material things and things of the flesh.
I believe there is good evidence that Jesus was crucified and I think that Christians believe it because it really happened. I do not think that Christianity is the only right religion. I think it is only right for some people, but not all.

1) Makes you lose your senses and you are not totally alert anymore. Not drinking it will help sustain from addiction and the millions of other problems.
2) It's a dirty animal and eating it under cooked can lead to immune deficiency and other bacterial infections
3)For the same reason abusive drugs are illegal. They harm your mind body soul, and the people around you. You are not yourself anymore and a Muslim must always be conscious of his actions
4)Unwanted pregnancy, Sexually transmitted diseases, emotional distress.. etc.. Islam seeks to provide a person with peace and harmony and all these things are additional UN-needed problems in life.

6)According to Islam Jesus was not Crucified, he was replaced with the false one they believe in now. But they believe it because the Jews did crucify Jesus ( the false one ).
7) It's not to me because I'm a Muslim but I'm sure the Christians have some good reason.
I don't have a problem with Christianity. I have a problem with *some* of the people who refuse to be tolerant. Same with Muslims, I don't like those who refuse to be tolerant.

They are both holy religions.
Islam respects women.
As a woman you must not be shown to men to enjoy your body as if you were an animal.
Alcohol makes you do many things wrong like making love to your daughter, sister or mother.
You may also say or sign papers against you.
God has created fresh fruit so why do we make it rot then drink it?
Pre-marital xes leads to children who do not know who their parents are.
Look at the western society it suffers from declination of population while population is increasing in the East among Muslims.

1. Because according to the Koran it's evil (though many Muslims still drink alcohol, particularly when they go to Western nations, imagine that...)

Christianity teaches love. Christianity also is against many of the things you list. But one thing Christianity has is Jesus came back from death. He was seen by many people, and then He went to heaven. What other religion can claim this?
