I lost 10 Kg in 3 weeks !!!! by noting my calorie intake of the day. Most of the products availble have calorie count on them. Eat friuts and vegetables. On a average an adult needs 2000 Kcal per day. Exercise on machines that show your calories burned. Burn as much as you can alot more then what you consume and yee shall get rid of the fat.
I eat crackers that were low in calorie count and NOT potato :P

If you're on a diet, you shouldn't be eating crackers. However, if you do, you should have some that are full of grains, wheat and have no sodium. If it was me, I'd rather snack on some fruit that actually tastes good than have to eat crackers that fit that description.

Personally,I do not recommend eating crackers when you are on a diet. It's better for you to eat high fiber foods at regular intervals since crackers can more likely trigger your rate of metabolism.Eating light foods does not necessarily mean that it can already help in your diet.Though it's light in the stomach,it may still contain high a number of calories.

If you're on a diet, I would not think you'd be eating crackers at all. However, whole grain, low sodium, low calorie would be best.

none, stay away from carbohydrates as whatever carbs you do not burn turns into sugar that is stored as fat for future use by your body.
