Are there any freewares out there that enables you to record everythin' you do in your PC?

Say, when your accesing the net, playing Half-Life, or creating AutoCAD works? like...everythin'?

Macromedia Captivate can record things that you do on your PC (things on your monitor that is), and turn it into some slideshow or a flash movie, for the use of instruction, mainly.

Anything else than what I mentioned probably refers to programs related to hacking and spying.

Keyloggers can record your keystrokes, and sometimes take screenshots, tha's all there is to it.
