Kitty's teething. Just get her a toy that she can bite and chew on, and encourage her to bite that, and not your feet. After teething, she should grow out of this habit. If not, just say NO! or OWW! really loudly, then stop giving her attention. Kitty will realize that biting= no more play, and she will eventually stop.

Get an old bottle that has a spray function like what a perfume bottle would have. Every time they do it (keep the bottle handy) spray them once or twice in the face (probably about 6 inches away at least so as not to hurt them if it is a strong line of water and goes in their eye etc etc)
MOST cats HATE water ... this should hopefully work after a few days to a week tops

Nipping at your feet is normal. My kitten, who is almost a year old, is still doing it to me. And I encourage it by taking slow and deliberate steps. He's learning how to hunt by instincts that are in the make up of what cats do in the wild.

get a spray bottle and give her a spray in the face when she does something that you don't want her to do.....after a short period of time you will only have to point the bottle at her and she will stop and then she will stop altogether.....
to get her off of your feet you might get a toy. I had one it was a few feathers on the end of a piece of wire like from a coat hanger and I would move it around a chair and down the hall and my cats would chase it all over the place....we had lots of fun playing with that....
that reminds me of something that happened with my son.....when he was a baby I used to pretend that I was eating his toes he would laugh and laugh. one day when he was a toddler I was laying on the bed and he came running into the room and chomped down on my toes.....wish I had had a spray bottle then..... :D

your kitten is teething!!! just like a human baby, young animals teethe also. she is not trying to hurt you. i know this is quite annoying, as i have a cat also, but in time, it will stop. just try to be patient, maybe buy some cat chew toys. get the hard or crunchy kitten food. this is better for their teeth anyway. good luck

Don't do anything, she will grow out of it... she's just being a kitten. My cat did the same thing and as she got older she stopped.
