Man - simply due the the lack of evidence that he was anything else, there were other prophets and miracle makers of his day and none of them claimed to be God (or related or whatever) - what evidence was there then and come to think of it what evidence is there now of 'miracles'. Have you seen any x-rays of cancer last week - cancer gone this week ? Any first hand statements from doctors or hospitals ? (by the way if anyone has got any of these examples please post them)

By the way when poster said "don't write three words" I think they meant don't just write one or two either.

Oh and he's not an orange - oranges are by and large equal the most important piece of the orange doesn't withhold from smaller piece important information about the second coming
(and the smaller piece of orange dosn't make it up anyway, and get it wrong) pick on a fruit with unequal parts ...

Both.

Therefore, with all due respect, one cannot "just write God or man".

Scriptural evidence for the co-existent deity AND humanity of the Lord -

Revelation 1:17 - "And when I saw (Jesus), I fell at His feet as dead; and He placed His right hand on me, saying, 'Do not fear; I am THE FIRST AND THE LAST." (insert mine, caps for emphasis).
This unique term, "the First and the Last" is also applied by Yahweh (Jehovah) to Himself in Isaiah 44:6. Hence, this verse proves Jesus' DEITY.

Revelation 1:18 - "And the living One; and I BECAME DEAD, and behold, I am living forever and ever". (caps for emphasis). This verse pertains to THE MAN Jesus' death & resurrection, proof of His humanity.

"In the beginning was the Word (Jesus), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God" John 1:1 (insert mine).

"And the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us..." John 1:14.

Deity and humanity IN ONE.

Hope this helps.

Blessings.

Jesus was the Son of God. He was a god-being (ie, same species as the Creator) who took human form.

He was, obviously, a man during His life on earth. Before and after that, He was God.

God.

Jesus is the son of God, so He is the Word of God, who came to earth, in the flesh. Altho Jesus, since the beginning, always existed, as the Word, and he was God; He became a physical man during his earthly lifetime.
Just as there are many parts to an orange, each segment is considered an orange. Like wise. there are three parts that God is composed of, God the Father, Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit..all ONE GOD!
