I know it means something, but what?

i know that if you get spots in places on your face it means something like your not drinking enough water and stuff like that. but i forgot what it meant to get spots/ pimples on your nose. Anyone know?

Sorry, there is not necessarily a "meaning" to localized outbreaks. In fact, that is really a myth. Most outbreaks occur in oily areas or the T-zone...of which the nose is a part. Just be scrupulous in your skin, eat a healthy diet and try not to stress too much. If your "spots" bother you tremendously, please see a dermatologist for proper treatment.
