By not overworking, if that is an option available to you.
If it isn't, I suggest talking to your boss and being polite and courteous, saying that you are feeling overworked and that the quality of your work may suffer. Be sure of your boss' personality first - is he or she an understanding type of person? If they are not, you could be fired just for asking not to be overworked, and they'll find someone else who will work those hours.
Second, I suggest you talk to a naturopath or medical doctor. A good stress related herbal remedy is called Valerian. But you must consult with a degree-qualified naturopath or medical doctor before taking any drugs, even herbal drugs. This may be an option if nothing else works and you have no option but to work long hours.
Lastly, you must have a balanced diet and exercise regularly. This will definitely help with working long hours. Do you eat junk food or do you eat everyday, properly, from the five basic food groups? Do you walk for at least 20 minutes each day? Do you smoke? Taking these factors into account will be of great benefit to you.
Hope this helps.

You need to take a holiday or at least a long weekend, you will get burnt out otherwise. If not an option stay away from tempting energy drinks including too much cafeine, which can cause stress and prevent restful sleep. eat well and try to find a little energy for doing things you enjoy

A nice fat joint in the evening and those troubles just float away. Or for those non-smokers, a good HARD shag.
