It's a myth, invented by that wacko Al Gore, who also claims to have "invented the Internet."

There is a natural global warming, however, that melted the ice ages, and this occurred before industrialization, which shows that Gore is full of crap.

global warming is not what the media and al gore have made it seem.
the average global temperature has gone up 1 degree in the past 100 years and that is what global warming is. Sure that could be bad if it does up 1 degree every 100 years but it wont continue like that, the global temperature fluctuates.
Good thing todays scientists werent around when we had the ice age because they would of been going nuts when it started getting warmer.

I know global warming is a huge topic nowadays and i am presenting just a little information but here is one case that argues against global warming.
In Sugarland Texas (near Houston) there used to be a big sugar production plant and lots of sugar grown in that city and that region (hence the name of the city), there is no longer sugar grown in that area because it is too cold for them to have successful sugar crops.

The earth has cycles of weather change, this is just one of them, it is nothing to worry about and we are not contributing.
Forest fires and mount st. helen's eruption have cause more ozone layer damage than humans ever have. Yet for some reason loggers are not allowed to cut down trees or clear out brush in an attempt to prevent forest fires, or prevent them from being able to spread beyond a certian point if they start, because environmentalists wont let it happen. Then along comes a fire, it hurts the ozone and gets rid of those trees anyways.

I'm 16, I got 83%

However, just to comment on global warming, anyone who forms an opinion based on that stupid guy Al Gore, is even more clueless than he is. I'm 16 and he's how old? And I can argue against most of his main arguments, because most of them are misleading, misinformed, manipulated, of just plain lies. It's a pretty bad argument for one who has made the issue of the global warming his life's pursuit.

And on "fixing" global warming, assuming that it isn't natural and that we are causing it through our greenhouse gas emissions, the best solution would be to switch our main source of electricity to nuclear. Using a good nuclear program (ie not the ones the US use, those are economically pathetic as well as producing so much waste, and dangerous radioactive waste at that) would make use of abundant natural resources such as uranium and thorium, and also produce very little waste at a minimal cost. As far as waste goes, the system India are using give out waste which is significantly less radioactive than concrete.

Apparently my wisdom is higher than those that wrote the quiz, as man-made global warming is a natural cause.

wisdom percentage 16%

use key words, GLOBAL HOTTING

If I met a doubter who must know, and might generalize real quick and have an emotional quasi-political vibe I would tell them to not drive for one year and exist in their town or city and accomplish all things by walking or bicycling. In one years time I would want them to look in the mirror and decide how much they have aged. Ice and the oceans interact and can blow a continent a healing fog. Thats all I can tell you.

I got 100% but then I have been studying climate (including global warming and climate change) since the 1980's so I guess I have an advantage.

pollution do make a difference in living ability of human beings. but global warming takes place for different reason. rather, in the long years to come, our plannet is likely to be more colder and colder by drifting away from sun!

they say that in ten years there are going to be irreversible changes but i say its already to late but people are trying to fight it with alternate energy sources such as wind turbines, hydro-electric and they are actually studying to recreate fission like what happens in the sun which creates an extreme amount of energy, JOE C is ignorant to belive it's a myth its a very real thing and i think people like that and there ignorance will destroy this planet!

But, then, I know what they wanted us to answer. That doesn't mean I believe their answers were correct.
