The Maui Ocean Center! It's fun for kids as well as adults, and has enough to see that you can literally spend hours there without seeing something twice (I'm guessing the previous answerer went at at a bad time...perhaps before they opened all of their exhibits!)
Additionally, it is fairly centrally located, so it's easy to get to from Kihei, Kahului or Lahaina.
They have a restaurant, and even offer banquet services, in case you want to have the rehearsal dinner there.

The Old Lahaina Luau. It was very nice and the food was delicious!
Skip the aquarium, it's not worth the money, there's not a lot to it at all.
