I would first make sure I have confessed all things to my maker and make sure my relationship with Him is in good standing. I would make sure Christ reins in my heart as Lord.
Then I would say good bye to my family and make sure my brother took good care of my elderly mom. I would tell my children how much they are loved and also my beloved mom and husband. I would remind my husband and children to keep the Lord in their hearts and that we will meet again one day. I would tell my brothers and sister good bye and tell them I loved them. I would make sure my husband promised to clean the litter boxes for my cats three times a day and give them fresh food and water. I would make a list on the food preferences of each cat. I would pray for my family and animals. I would read my favorite Bible verses and get excited about meeting my beloved Savior. I would write my mom and children and husband letters. I would gather my family around me as I went to meet the Lord!

I would do just about the same as I do every other day of my life.
I got run over by a truck once, BIG TIME!, anytime could be the end of times.
You could choke on your sandwich at lunch today.
Child,
live every moment as if it IS your last moment because you just never know.
It just might be your last moment, with no chance to say, "I love you," or to say "I hate you."

I'd be really upset because, I haven't written my will yet.
Plus my bf is out of town for the week.
And the only ppl I saw all day was the pizza lady and my neighbor for 30 seconds, so I'd be one lonely pissed off dying person.

I would seek out friends and enemies and apologise for any inconvinience or offences that I may have done to them in my life time. (If I was able to get around).
I would ask thier forgiveness...
Then, I would say good by to my family, and friends, telling them how much I love them, and all the things I never got around to saying, then, I would prepare to meet my LORD and Saviour JESUS CHRIST...
With open arms!
I wish you well...
Jesse

My greatest concern would be to see that my pets were re-homed, that my will was in order and that I had no unresolved issues with friends and family where either I needed to forgive or seek forgiveness.

If this were my last day first I would dedicate it to Allah s.w.t. I would begin by fasting, repenting of any sins I had committed, and read Quran with meditation. I would do my best to prepare myself inside to meet Allah s.w.t. and be judged. I would be very fearful of my judgement and remind everyone around me to always think of their own day and to always act accordingly. God willing I will leave this world with Allah's s.w.t. name in my heart and on my lips.
