As the proverb "charity begins at home", corruption is also very similar to that.
It is not Bureaucracy or politics that breed corruption, but only the public who wants to get things out of way or to get their things done at low cost compare to the benefits they get out of way are the culprits.
To reduce such menace, punishment should be high and to be awarded to both giver and taker.

Bureacracy is the backbone of Indian administration ,and politics is India's Spirit , all we can do to end the corruption is to add a spirituality dose to the servants and politicians, and show them what is their real potential of an Indian patriot .

the foremost thing which contributes 4 corruption must be us.we practice of getting the things done through corruption which the corruptors make an advantage.... unless or until whole people decide to change nothing will happen..since we people want do things wat most do.......... nd te other thing is corruption should b defined to each child by the parents so that they develop awarness from childhood itself so that they can avoid it in future....we can do that....there s no way of eliminating it thro rules or some other policies thro govt. .. we cant relay on them.. only best thing lie with us
