In Matt. 24:35-36 Jesus said, "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words shall not pass away. 36"But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone. 37For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah."
If Jesus is God in flesh, then shouldn't He know what the day and hour of his return would be? After all, God knows all things. Therefore, if Jesus doesn't know all things, then He cannot be God.

Because Jesus is NOT Almighty God, his Father in heaven
(John 5:19) Therefore, in answer, Jesus went on to say to them: “Most truly I say to YOU, The Son cannot do a single thing of his own initiative, but only what he beholds the Father doing. For whatever things that One does, these things the Son also does in like manner.
(Mark 9:7) And a cloud formed, overshadowing them, and a voice came out of the cloud: “This is my Son, the beloved; listen to him.”

Yes, the verse you have quoted answers the question, as you yourself have answered: that Jesus (peace be upon him) was NOT God.
Also:
'And Jesus said to him, "Why do you call me good? No one is good but God alone. ' Mark 10:18
--- Jesus (pbuh) is acknowledging he is definitely NOT God.
'Jesus answered, "The first is, 'Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is One" ' Mark 12:29
--- i.e. there is only One God and not a triune (trinity).The word Trinity is NOT mentioned in the Bible. It comes from ancient pagan religions.
Jesus (pbuh) was a Prophet of God, but NOT God.

Additionally, Jesus (pbuh) could not be the 'Son of God' in the sense Christians mean it either. It was only meant to be metaphorical. Hence these verses:
".......Adam, which was the son of God." (Luke 3:38)
"For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God." (Romans 8:14)
".......when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown." (Genesis 6:4)
So metaphorically, we are all sons/daughter of God, but NOT in the LITERAL sense. Only in the sense God is our Creator and the only ONE to be worshipped and we look up to him for utmost guidance as a 'father' - not literal father but spiritual father as our Creator and Sustainer.

Jesus was in the flesh and had given up use of some of his divinity in order to experience the life of man If not He could not die on cross. As he was inthis inferior position ( remember when satan tempted Him ) he was not inaccess to all of His divinity and then therefore could not given the time or place. ( these are some of the questions the early Christians wrestled with, you might find it helpful to read through some of their writings)

Because Jesus is God the Son and the triune Godhead has order. It has been decided that Jesus, while He was on earth, would not know everything. He gave up alot to come to earth and die for your sins.

Listen if those verses really spark your curiosity then read further it explains exactly that in the later books, only reading a short bit is the same as looking at a cover of something only and judging weather you like it or not just by simply lookin at the cover.

Jesus is not God. God doesn't exist. Jesus was a con artist. The Bible is not fact and proves nothing. You cannot use the bible as evidence for itself. The bible is nothing but stories, myths, and ancient laws. Laws that were brutal, pro-slavery, anti gay, oppressive to woman, and sexist.
I have said this a hundred times. You have to be truly delusional to believe the bible and God. Religious people are only holding back our species.
