Hope someone can help, I have had sinus pressure in my head for the past few months, the doctor has told me that I need to have an operation on my nose as I have a twisted bone.

I have been getting dizzy spells and pains in my ear for the past 6-8weeks can anyone tell me is this coming form the sinus pressure of is it related to something else.

Also can anyone tell me methods to relive the sinus head pain, and dizzy spells.

What did your doctor say. Did he think the bone was causing this. You might even get a second opinion.
You might try a decongestant. Sudafed is the only one I can think of at the moment. Most pharmacists could advise you also. My gut feeling is that the bone is not causing the pressure and dizzy spells but I do not know the details. (A decongestant will hopefully let the sinus drain)

The surgery is probably going to stop the sinus pressure and headaches. You need to go back to the doctor and talk about the pains in your ears and the dizzy spells. Most likely the dizzy spells are coming from a problem in your ears that is throwing off your balance. Only a medical doctor can help you with these problems. This is a serious problem that needs immediate attention.
