I almost always feel that I'm strong;can do things by my own.But sometimes;I just get fed up and need a shoulder to lean on and a palm to wipe away my tears. The problem is;once I'm over my stress;I (something inside me) gets angry at myself for being weak and for leaning on others. What do you think I should do?

it would help you to speak to it a counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist. These are professionals who can give you the shoulder you need and also help you not feel angry at yourself for having normal human emotions. I know you will feel much better when you are able to express your emotions to someone who can listen and give you answers.
