No, it cannot.

One of my favorite quotes about sex and love comes from an unlikely source, "Yours, Mine, and Ours" from 1968 and is spoken by Henry Fonda's character,

"It's giving life that counts. Until you're ready for it, all the rest is just a big fraud. All the crazy haircuts in the world won't keep it turning. Life isn't a love in, it's the dishes and the orthodontist and the shoe repairman and... ground round instead of roast beef. And I'll tell you something else: it isn't going to a bed with a man that proves you're in love with him; it's getting up in the morning and facing the drab, miserable, wonderful everyday world with him that counts."

Mutual concentual sex 'can' bring love to a greater height, but nothing guarantees that it will, or must.

Remember, sex and love are different things. Sex is an instinctive behavior, and a simple physical act, while love is borne of the heart and mind and soul. They are often connected and intertwined, and one tends to support the other, but they are different things. And if the sex is great, then yes, love can indeed be enhanced :-) And sex while in love, is the best kind of sex, to be sure- at least im my opinion :-)

But yes, sex... good sex, can make love 'better' :-) Quite true, BUT... not for everyone. There still has to be good chemistry between the people involved :-)

I would say that sex is not the only way to greater love, its the caring ,sharing, all the little and bits among both are things that makes love to the Himalaya.

Yes and no. If you think too much of sex, it will ruin a good marriage. However if you have no sex at all in a marriage. I don't know why a person gets married in the first place.
