Traditioanlly 7-9 a.m.

Between 6 and 8am~now a days here in SoCal- Orange county/LA county.

i leave the house at 6am and its busy then but peak hour is still officially 8am-9am and 4pm-6pm in melbourne. my perception however is that peak/heavy/rush hour is actually 7am-9am and 330pm-6pm
