I'm starting to grow my eyebrows back thicker and I've left them for about 1 week now, and although it's driving me mad I think it will be worth it. The hairs towards my temples are growing back much slower than the inside of my eyebrows, and I can't even see some of them growing back. I just assumed they would all come through more or less together. Will they all come back and roughly how long should it take?

yes, a friend of mine have her brow "professionally" wax half of her brow off...took her almost 2 months to get it back.

meanwhile, try the brow pencil that match your hair color, and if you applicate it carefully, would cover it.

A lot of it depends on your age.
As you get older your eyebrow hairs do not always grow back. they may actually start to thin.
I am talking about women here.
Menopause plays a big part in this also.
Another thing to remember is that your hair grows in cycles.. and hairs you have plucked at different times during different cycles will appear at different rates.
(that is why when you go to get laser hair removal you have to go back and repeat the process 2 or 3 or more times)

I JUST finished the same ordeal. The hairs din't all grow back at the same rate, i tried to just ignore their furriness for while and combed my bangs down. It took about 2-3 weeks to get them where I wanted them, but depending on how old you are and how long youve been overplucking the same hairs, certain spots might not come back. I didnt have that problem though, so hopefully you won't either! it was waaaay worth it though. good luck!

it takes a while usually, and if it helps, i have heard that putting on hair gow cream, or liquid that men use on bald spots work. but be careful, apply very carefully, u don't want a unibrow. Also, the hair usually comes back a little stubbier towards the arch and thinner around the temples. it takes around a few good weeks, maybe more though, i have been growing mine out a little more, and hav seen results, but after 3-4 weeks. good luck!! and be patient. while growing them, trim the rest of your brow a bit so it doesnt look too out of control:)

Oh...that reminds me of something:myself a couple of years ago...Sorry but it won't grow back together...It depend on how long you've been plucking them but some may never grow back...It'll take at least two months to say that they've fully grown...Hang on in there it is definitely worth it...

I'm looking forward to seeing the replies you get as I'm having the same problem after having mine plucked by a "professional" six months ago. Some of them have come back but not many and some have grown back white. (That must be my age, 42.)

Overplucked eyebrows can take weeks and weeks to grow back properly - at least six weeks. Sorry.
