your leg hurt when it falls asleep?

For example when you cross your legs the circulation slows from the point where your legs cross to your feet. So when your leg falls asleep It hurts because your Legs dont get enough blood and/or oxygen. Hope I helped.

I am no doctor but I will try to answer you, the leg experiences the numbness and the surges of pain due to the fact that the blood flow to the leg was affected, after you actually move your legs back to the normal position the blood vassals and the end nerves get overwhelmed and it would take some time for all the systems in the legs to reach equilibrium.
