No, because Jesus said that there will be people who can perform miracles in His name. But they are not even doing God's will with their lives.
Some of them said "did I not cast out demons in your name?"
Jesus said - "Depart from me, you evil-doer, I know you not".
Jesus will return FROM THE SKIES. So, there's no need to look horizontally anymore especially now that the Holy Ghost has already been poured into our hearts, look VERTICALLY UP.

First the rapture, or catching away, will take place; then many will come proclaiming that they are the Christ, then the Antichrist will arise and will deceive many - even the very elect, if that were possible.
When Jesus returns to establish his Kingdom; everyone will know; unfortunately for those who chose not to believe in Him before they die, it will be too late, though "*every* knee *shall* bow and *every* tongue confess, that Jesus Christ is Lord"!

Absolutely Not. What do you mean by "promised Christ"? Christ has already came. There will be no other, never. Jesus died over 2000 years ago sinless and tortured and nailed on a cross for us to be saved from a burning hell. No man no where can replace that. Christ is not promised, He is already delivered.

nope. I know people with the gift of healing.... and teaching....
the 'promised' Christ has already come the first time... and when He returns, will be like a thief in the nite, not some performer on earth

Not really.
Jesus told his deciples to do what he did.
heal sick
cast out demons
raise dead
bring hope
walk on watter
everything.
thats what deciples wanted to do, where chosen to do by the rabbis. to do what there master did and then some.
Given we cant die for the sins of everyone but he did tell us to do other thing just like him.
So a teacher who heals sick like jesus. Ive prayed over someone and they where healed before. and taught some things too. So?
If hes claimbing to be the genuine artical himself though....there are people who will teach false doctrines in the last days.

No Jesus did not perform miracles. That is based on myths.
The person you speak of does not perform miracles either.
You and those who believe this are delusional.
If there existed such a person I can assure you it would be on every news channel and paper throughout the country.
Until you can bring science to back up your claim then don't expect people to believe you. Rational people that is.
I do have some snake oil for sale though. Are you interested?

No I would believe him to be a man of God if he is sent by God. We must remember the prophecies of the false prophets and the the devil to can heal. He can send one of his dark angels to appear as christ.

I don't believe a Christ was promised. There have been many healers throughout the ages, though... not all authentic, some just the result of rumors blown out of proportion like a big game of telephone.
