a few months ago i was at a powerliftin meat and i was dead lifting 400lbs and while i was pullin the wieght up i felt tendons, ligaments or whatever u call them in my left shoulder pull really tight and start to burn really bad i dunno what i might have did but when my arm dangles or hangs freely it feels like it slips outa socket a little and hurts on the inside i dunno what i did is there a tendon that hold your shoulder into socket? anything will help thanks

Sounds like this could be a dislocated shoulder but the only way to know for sure is to see your dr for further evaluation to see what they think is going on.
