How many wekks into dog pregnancy can you feel the puppies and can you always feel them and how do they feel?

My chihuahua is pregnant but im afraid it could be false so i need to know when can you feel puppies and can you always feel puppies

my little dog was 3 weeks pregnant and our friend who is a vet said he could feel them,i couldnt though.
we then had an ultrasound an she has 4 puppies due now in 3.5 weeks and she is very noticebly pregnant, getting very hungry and sleeps a lot

You generally have to know what you are doing to feel the pups.
