I went to this website http://www.mrwinkle.com/ and I looked at the dog. Yes, it is a cute dog, but I do not consider it to be the cutest dog in the universe.
I have my very own dog that is a Pekingnese, and I consider my own dog to be the cutest dog in the universe. My dog is much cuter than Mr. Winkle.

No. While I love all dogs, I don't enjoy small fluffy dogs. Plus that tongue thing is just weird.

Sweetie, all dogs are cute. I think Mr Winkle is adorable but not as adorable as some I've seen online. Or in life. I will say he is cute though but he is also a special needs dog. Notice the tongue? And the only reason he is called the cutest dog in the universe is because his owner thinks so. All dogs are cute and beautiful, it's only their owners who make them the cutest in the universe. I haven't seen any of your dogs and I would bet they are just adorable if not more so than Mr Winkle.

Mr. Winkle is freaky looking. I have a hard time believing he's a real dog and not a stuffed animal -- the ones with him in eye makeup remind me of monkeys that are experimented on by cosmetics companies.
My beagle pup is a million times cuter because he looks like a DOG.

News flash - everyone thinks their own pet is the cutest in the universe. I'm here to tell you I owned the cutest in the universe, a black cat called Candi.
I think that dog just looks like a stuffed toy so no, I don't think he's cute!

I have a hairless chinese crested, and I think he is the cutest darn thing on earth!
I really do not think Mr Winkle is very cute.. some people do, but I do not.

Yes it very cute - cutest dog in the universe - maybe not. Its obviously a Pom mix with a very expert & clever haircut.

I really didn't find this dog very cute, but I have to disappoint you, because I don't think pekingese dogs are very cute either. I have metthe cutest dog in the universe, and it isn't mine, so I am not biased. lol.
