Analyze and evaluate the situation. Be honest with yourself. Are you working below par or is your boss unfair? If he is the latter, there is no reason why you should continue working for that business. Fire him, you are just wasting your time.

A good boss will always try to develop good people without being rude and dictatorial. Conversely, if you don't have the potential a good boss will terminate your services

Peace and every blessing!

Contact the regional HR, then Corporate HR. also notify the area GM so it is on record. Be preapred with names, dates, times and any witnesses. If possible ahve the witnesses draft statemetns themselves too. Don't write it for them, have them do it. If that fails, notify the company HQ and ask for the VP in charge of your area. Keep copies of all documents. The important thing si to be able to verify and substantitate your claims so do your homework, and write dwon excatly what is said, where, date, time and people who heard or where nearby at the moment so there is evidence that the story happended when adn where you say it did.

Here is the best way to deal with this:

Start thinking about his positive traits. Find the best in him. As stated before, kill'um with kindness. This will put YOU in a better frame of mind. You don't want to wait for "luck" to get you into a better job. Create a better situation now. Then with a positive outlook, you will attract good opportunities.

So many people get into a bad job and then think revengeful and spiteful thoughts. They hate their jobs, but they don't realize that they are prisoners to their own thinking.

You will attract more of what you predominantly think right now.

Just be overly nice..you know the saying "kill em with kindness" It works everytime. As soon as he see's that it doesnt bother you, he will most likely stop treating you unfairly. Its sad that some people get pleasure from treating others badly. Try that, betcha it will work. Good Luck!

put yourself in his shoes. ask him in private what you need to do to be better, what does he want to see more/less of from you.how can YOU make his job easier.then say "if I can acheive those things could you work with me on the schedule?"he should develop a soft spot for you immediately because i promise you none of the other workers have approached him like that

FIND ANOTHER JOB AND LEAVE . DO GIVE HIM A 15 DAY NOTICE. AND IN THAT BE RESPECTFUL , BUT OPEN ABOUT THE WAY HE TREATED YOU. KEEP A COPY OF IT ON FILE.WHEN PEOPLE ASK WHY DID YOU LEAVE [ YOUR CO WORKERS AND FRIENDS ] TELL THEM EVERYTHING, WITHOUT ANY EMBELLISHMENT . GOOD LUCK.

ALWAYS KEEP ONE THING IN MIND . ONE NEVER KNOWS WHEN ANOTHER A/S OF A MANAGER MAY TURN UP. NEVER BURN YOUR BRIDGES AS YOU GO FORWARD IN LIFE. NO ONE HAS SEEN THE FUTURE.

accuse him of using an ethnic slur when asking you to leave his store and not return. sue him for $67 million dollars like the judge that sued the chinese couple for ruining his favorite pair of pants.
