Well, if he's any good, it should be pleasurable for both. If he's a lousy lay, then it's more pleasurable for him, definitely. In my case, my favorite part is causing her to orgasm, so if she doesn't get pleasure from it, I don't get as much pleasure as I want. I figure I can get mine any time, but being able to give her hers is where the fun is.

Depends on the sexual position...Missionary(guy on top) is probably more pleasureable for a woman...As a man, I like having the woman on top and doggy style the best...Woman on top is probably best for both...Both feel good...Man feels good and woman is in control...
