Don't know of any corporate policy that requires that. It's likely an individual dealership policy if there is one.

Yes, if you are working for a large company, other than what is called a pot lot, you will need to pass a UA. Some small lots wont require this, but at fully certified toyota or any other model for that matter you will have to pass, mostly for insurance reasons. Just think, if you accidentally hit a landcruiser with a landcruiser that could be thousands in damages... They want to know you are sober when you work, but most dont do random tests after the fact

Most large company have a policy that requires at least a urine specimen to check for THC & your other families of illegal drugs. If they do, and your worried, there are ways around this to pass!!
