What does having a dream where there's worms mean?

I had a dream where I was on my knees in front of the toilet and instead of "sleep" (dunno if this is the right translation) coming out of my eyes there were small worms and when I wanted to pick them up to show everyone what had happened they started to go down the drain and disappeared. (Weird I know)
There's another where I had 3 different dreams in the same place. It was like the side of a castle and below there was a small forest. 1- I was in this sort of hike and we were being led by a guide. 2- A friend and I wanted to give a surprise birthday to another friend and cutting through the forest was faster but there was a lion there, only he looked friendly, like the one in Chronicles of Narnia. 3- A friend and I were being chased by something and we had to go through the forest but there was this big dark spooky clould hovering through it and someone told us to be careful that it was very dangerous.

Weird dreams indeed, any help will be greatly appreciated.

I was once hanging with other people that had access to prescription Diet pills-all of us were popping these like candy along with lots of beer & pot. I had a dream: we all were at the county fair & circus & I bought a frozen yogert for myself & my friend LeRoy. As I was eating I looked at the yogert-it was crawling with Mealy worms-the type you buy at pet shops for food for lizards. My personal opinion for my dream interpreted was I was putting bad things in me and took it as a message from myself to myself.
You should ask yourself if you may be eating too much junk food, Drinking too much, doing drugs, consuming more than what's recomended, etc. You can onluy answer this one-hope it helps. Can't help you on the forest issues

Toilet is troubles.
