i live in australia. i'm 17 years old and i was repetitively raped by my ex-boyfriend (20) for five months. i was ashamed and terrified and i thought i was in love until i met another guy (18) who convinced me to ditch him, tell my family and friends, and call social services and the cops. now that i've done all that i don't know whether to take him to court. my friend said he'd probably get off since the court would probably drop charges because it would be really hard to prove i didn't consent. my dad set up a hidden audio video system in my bedroom and recorded two of the times when i was raped and the sperm samples i took afterward prove the sex was forced but my friend said the court could consider that 'entrapment' and acquit him. i want my rapist to get the maximum but i'm so ****ing scared that after all this he'll just walk! what should i do?

well, first you should dump acid on his face and cock, then, you should cut him with razor blades and dip him in rubbing alcohol, after that, soak him in chicken blood and drop him in a shark tank. The court will have no choice but to charge him with failing to appear.

You need to be consulting a LAWYER, not your friend. Your friend probably has very little actual knowledge of the law, yet you're letting HER advice dictate how you're approaching the situation. A lawyer will tell you the real truth about your chances. I think it would be a very brave thing for you to take him to court. Even if he got a walk, I think it would help give you much needed psychological closure. You can lift your head high knowing you did everything you could to prevent this jerk from raping again. Years from now, when you're living a normal life, you'll look back on this time and feel proud that you tried to help those that might be his future victims. Goodluck sweetie and I'm so sorry this happened. You need to seek counseling to make sure you are mentally getting the help you need as well.

You go all the way with this case. No man has the right to rape any woman. No! means No! and what he did to you was torture. As for the hidden camera go to the police and let them here the tape they might say that it is entrapment, but if they could help you set him up again saying what he did to you that will be enough to convict him. After you finished taking care of that business then you take care of you and find someone to talk to because your not healed and you comfort and confidence again to move on. You can not be with your current until you be with yourself and know that what happened is not your fault. If you be with this person before you are healed you can also blame him for what this man has done and you will never be able to get over what has happened. So get to know you before taking on a a new relationship if he is willing to wait he will understand. But don't let this man get away with this he could do this to someone else and he will never stop because you did not stop him and you will have to live with this if it happens to someone else. Go to court and look him in the eye to let him know that what he has done has made you stronger and he will pay because there is someone in jail waiting to take his man-hood.

I am so sorry this has happened to you. I was date raped, I can sympathize with you. Its horrible. Sounds like you have done everything you could. Your friend is right, its very hard to prove these things. Especially when it was for 5 months. Let it go, move on. Talk to a counselor or Pastor. Dont waste your money on a lawyer or this jerk that did this to you. He probably likes the fact that he is still upsetting you. I wish you the best.

first of all sperm sample cant tell anybody that it was forced. if he had raped yopu why did you stay in the relationship? all what the sperm sample can prove that it was his or not. but if he did rape you take him to court. i hate to see or hear women getting hurt by guys. i dont know how it is in austraillia but here in the states its illegal for anyone who is older then 18 to have sex with someone who is under 18. talk to a lawyer to see what can be done if it was true.

Why would your dad put a video in there and send you in there with him knowing that he had raped you before. That doesnt sound good..
Thats wonderful that you found a guy that treats you good and saved you from this guy.
I would take it to court and if you have proof i dont see how they can say you dont have enough evidence. Or how they could question if it was consentual beings you have a video tape...

wow, i am really really sorry to hear this i am only like 14 and i have no experience with this kind of stuff but i do have common sense and i think you should nail his ***, your ex disgusts me and i think you should take him to court and press full charges, im not sure how it is in Australia but in the US rape is a big deal, and i think that if you just let him get away with this then he will end up doing it to another poor innocent girl
good luck
and best wishes

Ignore your friend, with that much evidence, theres no way he'll walk free.
Keep trying and good luck!
(although it makes me wonder, if your dad was able to set up a hidden video system to record it, meaning he knew about it, why would he let it happen again??)

It best to try to bring him into court and see if you can get him into jail. It might be a slight chance of winning, but if you don't bring him to court than you're for sure loses the cases and he'll do it to another innocent girl. You don't need to be scare you didn't do anything wrong he should be scared. So be brave and bring that a**hole to court.

you have 2 tapes proving that he raped you? shouldn't 1 have been enough? you better believe it will be hard to prove that he raped you because in this case it sounds like you are setting him up.... believe me im not tryin to be harsh because i am no one to judge but im just being honest here... the first time your dad seen that he raped you; something should have been done to stop it!!!
