proactive! I have bad skin and proactive worked for me, neutrogena made me break out, everyones skin is different but I know proactive works for most ppl with acne. Also try going on a face pill such as minocicolin, it works wonders.

Go to the doctor first and then see what they say. I use Neutrogena and love it, but then I've never had an acne problem. Proactiv is more for acne but then I've heard it doesn't work for everyone with acne so go see a medical professional first. Because Neutrogena is not cheap, its a good product but not cheap, and proactiv isn't exactly cheap either.

proactive is drying - with the benzoil peroxide. Neutrogena leaves a soft smooth feeling. If it is acne, you might need antibiotics so I would see a doctor.

I will definitely recommend Neutrogena, it is dermatologist recommended and does not cause dryness and irritation to the skin. It's products are all formulated to be non comedogenic (won't clog pores) and oil free.

Proactiv doesn't really work. NEUTROGENA IS WAY BETTER. doesn't DRY YOUR SKIN AND it doesnt burn it like proactiv.

You might want to consider actually going to a dermatologist if you think it's that bad. They will have real medical advice for you! Everyone's skin is different and certain products may work for one person but not for another!
