Well, I don't know if you should start with that question but put yourself in a position to interact with him regularly. Nothing obvious or overbearing but say hello, ask him how he is doing that way conversation can start and you can get to know each other better. Once you know interact with him, he "notices" you, you might get a better idea of there being a possibility of something developing and you almost might figure out if you want something further after. Don't rush it and just be you.

No. Talk to him...just hi how are you is ok. Where do you know him from? find some things you have in common. Be ccasual and confident. also just keep in mind that sometimes the spark just isnt there or may be he is a little insecure.... be yourself be friendly and confident.

What you should do is go up to him with confidence and strike up a conversation...if he doesn't seem interested then, just move on. Some guys can't see whats right infront of their face.
