Hey guys am getting bulkier with my hypothyroidism, am planning to start my exercise classes again – Now am in a dilemma which is best yoga or aerobics? I need to make a decision before 30 so that I can start my classes on July 1. :-)

Aerobics to exercise body and burn calories, followed by Yoga to keep the body flexible and importantly, to consolidate the gains of BOTH.You don't have to do one soon after another but make it ,say ,morning and then evening or as suitable to you.Lastly and most importantly, once you start the regimen,DO NOT GIVE UP at any cost.Wishing you to be HEALTHIER and HAPPIER in Life.

Ive done both, i liked yoga cos it made my back stretch and relax, i felt envigorated afterward but there isnt much fat burning. The aerobics class is good, you have to be good with keeping up with steps, in otherwords you need to be coordinated. But you burn heaps of fat, and you end up with more energy overall cos ur exercising. Depends on what you want.
