Think on it dear - they don't use electricity or computers, unless they are on Rumspringa - which is a time for the teenagers to live as we do without consequence (besides legal, if they break the law) so that they can make an informd choice about the world before committing to the Amish lifestyle and beliefs.
So how exactly would an amish person of say, my age, be getting on the internet?

The Amish, in general, do not have computers. Those that do, and there are some, probably do not get involved in this confused mess called YA Religion and Spirituallity.
The Amish, in spite of what many of you belive, have developed a set of rules where they can use technology for certain purposes. Mostly for making money.
I am speaking from personal experience.

my friend Amish said he doesnt go on here because he is always so busy with work but if u miss him ill tell him to go on here more often for you. Amish is a coo guy:)

The Amish are the same people who do not believe in saving their own lives by in trusting a team of medical people and machines so they won't use computers, watch televisions and possibly no lamps at night.

Because the Amish dont use computers and even if they did, they would have more important things to do than concern themselves with defending their beliefs.

Amish people believe that it is a sin to have the finer things of life, including electricity. Most of them have never even seen a computer so if they ever got their hands on one, they would have no idea how to even use it. They lead a very simple life.
