Well, they're usually pregnant for about a month. When my cat, Bailey, had her first litter of kittens, she had them in the middle of the night, so I would say about about a day or so. Hope this helps!!! :o)

It really depends on how many kittens she's having and if she's ever had a litter before. My cat took pretty much an entire day having her first kitten. (she only carried a single kitten?!?! weird, I know) The first time giving birth usually goes a lot slower but it shouldnt take more than a day
