i am 11 and i am 5"2 132 pounds very fat by aug 1st i want to been have lost 20 pounds or more or have a 6 pack so if u have a diet please tell me about it im beggiing for yo help or give me some suggestions just please tell me whatever i have to do to lose 20 lbs. by aug. 1st please help and i dont drink soda dont eat after 8 and i just cant lose

Consult with a dietitian and get on a limited calorie diet and a good exercise program. There are not any quick fixes. You didn't put on the weight overnight and it won't come off that way either. You also need to stop being so insulting to yourself. You are what you are and the insults will only make you depressed and that doesn't help with the weight.

One of the best ways to loose the weight is to bicycle. I know people that have lost 20 and firmed up at the same time.

I would go about it like this:

Breakfast:
2 peices of toast with 1 tbsp peanut butter on each one (it keeps you REALLY full until lunch!)
That or some cereal... Just watch the sugar content. Dont eat anything you can't pronounce.

Lunch:
Peice of fruit... Maybe some soup. Or a sandwhich. Eat something you like.

Dinner:
I'm a big fan of pasta... In small portions... Some veggies... Maybe a little fish.

Heres a tip: ask your parents to pick you up some chocolate at the store (dont stop reading yet!). Have them get organic 70% cocoa chocolate. Just break off a very small square and let it melt in your mouth after every meal (we're talking very tiny). Its extremely effective in keeping hunger at bay. Doesn't sound like it works, but beleive me you, it does!

Walk or run in the morning... Maybe do a some sit ups or pushups when you can remember. Don't get too technical about it. You should aim for about 2 pounds fat loss a week.... (its lame, I know. but 2 pounds of fat really makes a difference!) so you can easily lose about 10 pounds by aug. 1st. Sometimes weight drops fast at first, so it could be more... But that is a good goal for now.

Also, stay away from low-fat/ non-fat items. Its a common myth that fat makes you fat. This is definitally not true!!!

When low-fat items started getting really hot on the market, obesity rates shot through the roof. People think they can eat a lot of it but it always leaves you hungry! Be good to your body and eat natural stuff...

Remember: food is a very sensual thing. Dont eat it out of bags or boxes... take your time and enjoy it.

I used to have a food diary. That helped me a lot....

make sure you eat about 1500 calories a day. Anymore and you could be stopping yourself from losing weight. starving will keep it on, eating too much will keep it on. gotta find the happy medium!

if you get down to 120 pounds... trust me it will make a HUGE difference!

Just keep with the program and try to imagine how good it will feel to be thin. visualization makes things happen!

At 15 I am not sure you should weight that much. What position do you play? However, I do not think weight loss pills are the answer. I would try to watch what you eat, eat foods high in fiber, and also maybe do some cardio. The BMI does not distinguish between body fat and muscle. If you want to know if your body fat is to high, then there are special devices that read that. But dont go by the BMI.

Ok first get your mom to set up an appointment with you doctor to be sure you are healthy then talk t your doctor and you mom to see what you should do to diet the exercise this is the best way at you age to proceed. Good luck it is a lot of work to lose weight so do not give up if you have a bad day just do better the next day

Please get your physical check first at your doctor's office to ensure you are physically okay to exercise. Otherwise, you might hurt yourself. Walking or dancing to the music is a good exercise. Drink a lot of water (Crystal Light on the go is a great option; it tastes like Kool-Aid w/o calories) and eat lots of fruits. Try to avoid eating junk foods like hamburgers, hot dogs, fried & spicy foods, etc but it is okay to eat them occasionally. Try to eat more healthy meals. If you get hungry between meals, grab a fruit instead of chips, cookies, etc. Also, try to stay away from the television and the computer. Get up and move! Eating snacks at bedtime may cause to gain weight overnight. Don’t lose your weight too fast; otherwise, you will gain all your weight back. Take it slowly. Losing one or two pounds per week is good. I know it is not going to be easy for anyone who wants to lose weight. It takes time. Good Luck!

it doesnt matter what time of the day you eat - as long as you dont consume more calories during the day than you spend you are not gona gain weight.
the only fat burning exercise is cardio (running, swimming, spinning, elliptical, rope jumping, jogging etc) do them 4-6 times a week for 45min on average and do some light weight training.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !
