The liposuction pulls out inflated fat cells from your body that are making your fat obvious. However it is like that old Doritos commercial "Don't worry we will make more." Your body will form additional fat cells after it has loaded up the ones that are remaining.

If you eat so much that your body is going to store the excess as fat you paid your liposuction money for no lasting results.

You would definately still have to work out.
Based on statistics, liposuction doesn't always work very well because the person who receives the lipo doesn't always exercise to such an extent that the current weight requires. When a person naturally loses weight, they adjust to that habits to maintain that look.

Just because they take the fat out doesn't mean you can't eat it back on there. You have to start eating heathy and working out.

If anything, when you get lipo, you have to work out much harder. Because it can come back, and worse.
