So I was browsing craigslist to find myself an office job. I found an ad I had some interest in, and sent them my resume. They emailed me back with their website, and asked me if I was interested in their organizations. The organization's goal is to try to spread different types of cultures around the city, states, everywhere. They hold cultural concerts and art showcases in the city. I really want this job, but I am not sure what to reply with in my next e-mail to show that I can contribute to the success of their organization. Please help? Thanks in advanced!

You must show ENTHUSIASM!

Organisations like this thrive on enthusiastic people. At the same time don't come across as scatter-brained (from your question it doesn't look like you will but I'm just putting that in as a caution).

Mention any experience in organising public events. Even helping out in school concerts or that skit you staged for Teacher's Day when you were in school counts. If you have more than a passing interest in the Arts that'll help too.

Visualise yourself as already holding the job and present yourself as a solution, not as someone in need of a job. They need you as much as you need them.

Hope this helps.
